People try to fight with sleep to present themselves before God of Israel as early as possible to be blessed

In every feast, a group of “early catchers” never get tired of waking up others. They wake before 5.00 am, sing while beating skin drums until everyone is up. As they say “the early bird catches the worm.” People try to fight with sleep to present themselves before God of Israel as early as possible to be blessed. This Passover, I sighted a 3-year-old boy who was not left behind; he was waking up with other people to praise together. You could see his lips moving in the rhythm of the songs, lifting hands, going round and jumping together with others.

When I approached the boy during the day time, I was shocked to note that he does not even know how to speak well yet. He was using those not well spoken words to praise his creator. It was a great challenge to everyone who could be sleeping during such an hour while a boy who was supposed to be warming the blankets was awake scrambling for the early morning blessing. I also spotted him during daytime praising together with the others. May God of Israel bless him to grow to be an efficient worker in His vineyard.
